Sly News Tear 2.0 - magic
Sly News Tear 2.0 Sly News Tear 2.0

This newspaper tear is one of the most deceptive ever devised for the reason that it can be done SO slowly. This updated version is much easier to set up and the ending restoration is lighting fast with a kicker ending! Tony Clark has refined it so it is fun and much easier to perform. If you want a strong piece of magic for your act, this is it.

Running time: 32 minutes 28 seconds

Tony Clark is such an excellent instructor. His explanations are super clear and sometimes repeat step by step several times on certain important parts of the trick or setup! Definitely 5 stars! The video quality is not as good though which I wished it was more high definition, but that doesn't take away of the good trick and instructions.

Love the trick and the instructions. The video quality of the download, however, leaves a lot to be desired. In fact it’s very poor quality ( extremely pixilated) and therefore at times difficult to follow details. For the money, for a download , from a highly respected magic company - this is really disappointing and falls well below the usual standard.

  • Kevin asks: Hi. Are there clothing restrictions to performing this? Can it be done in jeans and a TShirt?

    • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: There are no clothing restrictions but the way Tony does it is with a torn piece being displayed in his top jacket pocket while he restores the rest of the newspaper, so if you wanted to do that you would need to find another way to display that piece.
