  • 1. Timothy Cacciolo (creator) responds: Hello Ben, Thank you for your question! That is always difficult to answer, being that everyone’s skill set is different. I feel pretty comfortable saying the basic change is a 2. The gimmick does almost all of the work for you!

If you are a convicted felon the emotional significance may wat so heavily it may be a 6. Especially if the card forced is a “key”card. So really it depends.

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Well, you *could* repeat it, but not sure why you'd want to :)

• Timothy asks: Is the gimmick really as sturdy and dependable as depicted in the description.? I’ve had a lot of gimmick issues as of late and would like a gimmick with longevity.

That said, it is a playing card, so will last as long as you'd expect a piece of card to last - all depends on how well you treat it. • Henry asks: If one is reasonably competent with arts and crafts, can the gimmick be modified to be used with any items of similar dimensions?

  • 1. Vanishing Inc. Magic responds: Each one is painstakingly hand made to do this one effect. Tiny magnets, splitting cards etc. I guess you could rip it apart to make something else, but... not sure I would recommend it.

• Christophe asks: Do you need special clothing for this trick, or can you perform it in a shirt?

  • 1. Timothy Cacciolo (creator) responds: To perform Get Out you don’t need any special clothing requirements. You can be naked but we’d recommend at least pants :)

• Don asks: I couldn't hear any noise in the video...is the gimmick silent? ....truly, a very nice change.

• One asks: Is this actually practical or is it the type of trick where you need specific light setting and tricky angles?

• Richard asks: Is the gimmick silent? Also do you need to have the gimmick in sight like in the video / it would make more sense to ring it in after you ‘made a mistake’ thanks....

• Thomas asks: I perform a routine which has a force card which continues to appear and disappear. It would be great if the spectator's card could match that other card. Is the spectator's card always the King of Hearts? If so, is it easier to create gaffed alternates?

  • 1. Timothy Cacciolo (creator) responds: The card will always be a court card, depending on which one you receive when you purchase Get Out. It will be pretty difficult to create your own gaff but not impossible!

• Lawrence asks: Would it be possible to manually alter the artwork? i.e. to change it from a get out of jail card to something else by perhaps gluing a different face to the card? Thanks.
