You show two ropes, and three beads and ask your spectator to thread beads onto the ropes and hold the beads in their hands. You then tie the ropes onto the back of their hands, securing the beads in their hands. Incredibly, the beads melt through the ropes, whilst your spectator is holding onto everything.
There are no gimmicks, and no real sleight of hand. Everything can be examined before and after your performance.
Magic is at its strongest when the effect happens in the spectator's hands.

Note: the beads are made in large batches at a factory. Due to the production process there may be marks or minor scratches or bumps, these are shown in the pictures. This is common and it doesn't impact the workings in any way.
So far so good. The other reviews have noted the quality of the product, but I have yet to have any issues. Everything looks and works great. This is a fantastic update to the classic grandma's necklace with a couple small updates that make it that much better. I was able to show some other knowledgeable magicians and they were all fooled, even when knowing the original method. There are some neat handling options for this trick, and you can really go any direction you want with it. One version that is not included is just using one bead, which makes things a bit cleaner. I currently have this in my bag as a quick add on to any walk around or close up routine.
As I thought the ropes used aren’t up to multiple uses after barely two weeks the gimmick has come through rope which is extremely disappointing. I now have to look at effecting a repair to make it more durable.
This is a beautiful piece of magic, it’s simple yet stunning to perform. My only criticism is the quality of ropes used, and how durable will the ropes be after multiple performances.
